A Capacity Building Program for African Diplomats in Korea

In alignment with Egypt’s support to the African Union and continuing its efforts to support ‎Africa and its professionals, IBDL Foundation joined hands with AfroDev to organize the ‎Capacity Building Program for African Diplomats, held from 4th to 8th November in Seoul, Korea. ‎

The program is supported by and held in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Egypt), the ‎Egyptian Embassy in Seoul, the African Export Import Bank - Afreximbank, (Hankuk University of Foreign Studies) and the Korea African Development Foundation.‎

The program’s opening ceremony witnessed an opening speech by HE Ambassador Hazem Fahmy, ‎Egypt's Ambassador in South Korea and Director of the Korea-Africa Development Foundation. ‎

It is worth mentioning that, the program’s training is carried out by HE Ambassador Wafaa Bassim and ‎Dr. Akram ElZayat.‎
