Development of Government Leadership Program
In a collaboration between IBDL Foundation, the Ministry of Planning, Development and Reform / Planning Commission, and the National Management Institute (NMI) - the Development of Government Leadership - was launched recently in cooperation between the Faculty of Economics And Political Science Cairo University and Missouri State University.
The workshop aims to build the capabilities of the middle management and executive leaders in the Egyptian government to train them on governmental action and raising the basic standards of performance in terms of cost, quality, speed and innovation that will support #Egypt2030 Vision to achieve sustainable development and digital transformation and this workshop is taking place between Egypt and the USA.
- The workshop focuses on three tracks: Executive Education, Self-Development, and Evaluation.
- During the opening ceremony , Dr. Hala Al-Said, Minister of Planning, Monitoring and Administrative Reform stated:
"The program will contribute to supporting the government’s performance by focusing on a number of important topics and promoting interactive participation and exchange of experiences among government leaders in accordance with the best practices of modern government administration."
- Dr. Sherifa Sherif, Executive Director of the National Institute of Management, said that by the end of the program, participants will receive an international certificate from Missouri State University and a certificate from Cairo University and the National Institute of Management.
