How Does CPAT™ Work?


CPAT™ is an online assessment, which explores three change components
that include eight change dimensions.
The three components are Change Readiness, Change Anticipation, and
Change Energy.
By altering the mixture of these three components, the CPAT™ system produces
six personality types that are different in nature and its adaptability tool.


CPAT™ evaluates the applicants’ characteristics in its report, allowing individuals, supervisors or general managers to guide them through changing tmes.
