The first batch of “Developing Essential Management Skills program” was launched from the period of 18th till the 29th of September in collaboration with Namaa Almunawra. The program was held in Zamzam Pullman Hotel- Almadinah Almunawra. The program aims to enhance the Essential management skills of fresh grad individuals as well as the employees in the private sector in order to prepare them to take appropriate supervisory and administrative roles or to start their own businesses. The program also focuses on three main dimensions, the skills of self-development, leadership skills, and institutional development through the assistance of IBDL Business Certification: Understanding Business. In light of this cooperation, Medina institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (Mile) played an active part to organize this program in collaboration with Namaa Almunawra to train up to 300 Saudi businessmen. This efficient collaboration was funded by Human Resources Development Fund (HDF) in Saudi Arabia.

  IBDL continues to expand its presence into new territories, as evidenced by its presence at the just ended Zimbabwe Agricultural Show. Officially opened by His Excellency President Robert Mugabe of the Republic of Zimbabwe and Vice-President Victor Bockarie Foh of Sierra Leone.  The annual Harare Agricultural Show is the premier event organized by the Zimbabwe Agricultural Society. It Attracted more than 500 exhibitors from 6 different countries and over 180 000 people during the week, the Show presents a unique business opportunity for national and regional organisations.  IBDL’s African partners- eLearning Solutions- were also present at this important event, interacting with the public and potential business clients for the launch of the IBDL product. There was general excitement and interest in the flexibility and world-class qualification that IBDL from individuals, corporates and other institutions that visited the IBDL stand. With hundreds of potential leads to follow up on after the Show, IBDL is poised to take the Zimbabwean market by storm.

IBDL celebrated the launch of the first edition of IBDL e-learning during eLearning Africa from the period of 24th till 26th of May 2016 in Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski, Cairo –Egypt through its participation in the exhibition, conferences and effective meetings with Educational experts, Teachers, Universities and providers of training and testing of the most  of  African countries.

 For the first time in IBDL history, IBDL participated in collaboration with IBM & Dell in “Big Data Dance" forum which took place in Missouri State University from the period of 20th of April till 22nd this month. “Moving Your Business Forward with Analytics” This is the slogan that has been raised by the Big Data event in the United States. The "Big Data Dance" forum explored the answers of many questions that leaders are thinking of nowadays. In Today’s business world, lots of decision makers and thought leaders are talking about the analytic tools available to businesses like Big Data analysis. Management Development Institute opened its door to CEO’s, senior leaders, managers, IT professionals, marketing representatives, financial supervisors, HR directors and anyone within the organization who involved in the decision making processes to attend such event. This event featured multiple breakout sessions on the definition of Big Data, background, capture, sources and ethics. Uses of Big Data, predictive analytics, product positioning, pricing, manufacturing, retailing, analytics tools, software, hardware and training , quantitative data analysis and structuring text data.Also, the event discussed the darker Side of data and how to manage risks.Finally, the role of Big Data in the value Chain - C-Suite, IT, finance, HR performance, logistics, marketing and customer care.  Dr. Adel Sadek - IBDL Chief Business Officer - announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with the training center on information technology of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics. IBDL Yemen relaunched IBDL certifications  after a hiatus of more than one year. The ceremony was held in the presence of Eng / Ayman Gharasi - General Manager of IBDL Yemen in cooperation with the Youth Organization for Yemen ( YOFY). IBDL Yemen offered a fifty free scholarship for the top alumni of Yemen Universities. The ceremony included the word of Dr.Khaled Khallaf the Chief Executive Officer of IBDL and Dr. Jeff Schmedeke –the official representative of Management Development Institute via Skype .   International Business Driving License Company “IBDL” launched its pioneering certificate in the Middle East “IBDL Pharmacy Management” during Pharmacy Expo Exhibition 2016 in its first round in the Middle East and North Africa. This event  was held from the 27th  of February to the 29th in Cairo   with the presence of many important figures in the pharmaceutical industry. IBDL is pleased to announce that, with the help of Management Development Institute at Missouri State University, it offers a Professional Master of Executive Leadership (PMEL) program in Egypt exclusively for Telecom Egypt. The PMEL program in Egypt provides the international standards and the latest methodologies of executive education and business simulation games. PMEL curriculum involves the three stages of IBDL; IBDL Essential, IBDL Professional and IBDL Master. IBDL believes that the opening of PMEL program represents an important milestone for IBDL.

IBDL signed a protocol agreement with National Management Institute. This agreement was signed by Mr. Sameh Bedier, Executive Director of the National Institute and Dr. Khaled Khallaf, Chief Exective Officer of IBDL. Dr. Khaled Khallaf annouced that the Institute is the exclusive educational partner for training and selecting employees in the State Administration to qualify for IBDL according to international standards in executive education.
