Ministry of Health Launches the Certified International Professional Trainer (CIPT) Program in Collaboration with IBDL

In line with the directives of Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population, the Ministry of Health and Population launched the Certified International Professional Trainer (CIPT) program to enhance the professional competencies of its workforce across various sectors.
The program is implemented in collaboration with IBDL Learning Group and the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, with the objective of building qualified trainers capable of transferring knowledge, improving training quality, and supporting the continuous development of healthcare services.
The initiative focuses on core training competencies, including instructional design, healthcare training methodologies, presentation and communication skills, and modern learning techniques. The program targets 175 trainees from the Ministry’s headquarters and the Princess Fatma Academy for Medical Education, delivered through a series of specialized training courses aligned with international standards.
This initiative reflects a strategic investment in human capital and underscores the shared commitment of the Ministry of Health and IBDL to strengthening institutional capacity and enhancing the quality and sustainability of healthcare services in Egypt.
