Egyptian Ministry of Finance Receives Certified Educational Partner Status from Missouri State University

The Ministry of Finance received the Certified Educational Partner certificate in Leadership Programs from Missouri State University, marking a significant milestone in the Ministry’s efforts to develop its leadership capabilities in line with international standards.
The event was organized by IBDL Learning Group, the official representative of Missouri State University in the Middle East and Africa, during a high-level meeting that brought together senior leaders from the Ministry of Finance and representatives of the university to strengthen cooperation between academic and governmental institutions.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Ahmed Abdel Razek, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, along with heads of sectors and central administrations, and Dr. Abraham Hamer, Director of the Center for International Partnerships at Missouri State University. Dr. Khaled Khalaf, CEO of IBDL Learning Group, and Dr. Adel Sadek, CBO of IBDL, also participated, expressing their pride in supporting the Ministry’s leadership development journey.
This partnership reflects a successful model of collaboration between international academic institutions and government entities, contributing to the development of leadership capacities that support Egypt’s national development agenda.
